Cancellation policy

You can´t stay with us in Anterselva as planned? If that is the case there is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code, but we offer our guests the following cancellation conditions:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge, only the deposit will be retained
• From 3 to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booking price will be charged
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking price will be charged
• Cancellation in the last week before arrival: 90% of the booking price will be charged
• In case of no-show of one or more persons, early departure or later arrival than planned, the unused days will be charged at 100%.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
