Price Conditions & Useful Information
- The prices are in euros per night for the lower stated number of people in the respective apartment.
- The price does not include the local tax, which is charged separately on site per day and person (from 14 years).
Our little guests
- Children aged 0 to 3 can holiday with us for free.
- Toddler equipment (cot, table seat, high chair & baby bathtub) is available upon request for an additional charge of €15 per day.
Booking information
- We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
- To secure a booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price.
Good to know
- The apartments are available from 2:30 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:30 am.
- Pets are welcome upon request. We charge €25 per night for your four-legged friend (without food).
- Smoking is not permitted indoors nor in the apartments. We ask you to smoke in the outdoor areas.
Included Services
- Half board includes a rich breakfast buffet and in the evening a 5-course menu with homemade South Tyrolean and Italian specialties.
- WLAN is available throughout the hotel.
- Parking is available for your car at the hotel.
museumobil Card
Starting from May 1, 2024, our guests can benefit from the "museumobil Card". This allows the free use of public transport and free entry to more than 80 museums in South Tyrol.
Charging station for electric cars
If you arrive by electric car, you can charge it at our charging station for electric cars.
- 2 sockets of type 2
- Maximum charging capacity per socket: from 7.4 kW to 22 kW
- Charge capacity for one hour: up to 100 km
Cancellation policy
You can´t stay with us in Anterselva as planned? If that is the case there is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code, but we offer our guests the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge, only the deposit will be retained
- From 3 to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booking price will be charged
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking price will be charged
- Cancellation in the last week before arrival: 90% of the booking price will be charged
- In case of no-show of one or more persons, early departure or later arrival than planned, the unused days will be charged at 100%.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
