Price Conditions & Useful Information
- The prices are per day and per person in a double room, including breakfast or half board.
- Short stay for one night: Price on request.
- Double rooms are also available for single use – at an additional charge.
- Not included in the price is the local tax, which is charged separately per day and per person (from 14 years old).
Children's discount in room with two full-paying adults:
- Children from 3 to 6 years: 50% discount
- Children from 6 to 12 years: 30% discount
- Children from 12 to 14 years: 20% discount
- From 15 years: no discount
Toddler equipment
- Travel cot with bedding and towels for children up to 3 years: 10,00 € per day
Payment information
- We accept cash payments, debit and credit cards.
- To secure a booking, we require a deposit of 30% of the total price.
Parking facilities
- Directly at the hotel, a large parking space for your vehicle is available free of charge. On request, you can also book our garage.
- Garage costs: motorcycle 5,00 € per night, car 10,00 € per night.
Arrival & Departure
- The rooms are available on the day of arrival from 14:30. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 9:30. For each hour commenced after 10:00, a fee of 30,00 € will be charged.
Pets
- Pets are warmly welcomed upon request. We charge 35,00 € per night for your four-legged friend (without food).
Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted in indoor areas. We kindly ask you to visit the outdoor areas for smoking.
Included Services
- Half board includes a rich breakfast buffet and in the evening a 5-course menu with homemade South Tyrolean and Italian specialties.
- Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
- A parking space is available at the property for your car.
Sauna & Relax
If you want to rejuvenate, our Finnish sauna, steam sauna, whirlpool, and relaxation room are available to you free of charge. In the relaxation room, you will find fresh fruit, as well as teas and water. Bath shoes, bathrobes, and towels for the sauna are provided in your room.

E-Bike rental
We are pleased to offer our guests the opportunity to rent an E-Bike. For a deposit of 150 Euro, you can rent an E-Bike for 35 Euro per person per day. Enjoy the freedom to explore the Antholz Valley on two wheels!
Charging station for electric cars
If you arrive with an electric car, our charging station for electric vehicles is available for you to conveniently recharge your vehicle. Our station offers two type 2 sockets, each with a variable charging capacity from 7.4 kW to 22 kW. In just one hour of charging time, you can achieve a range of up to 100 km. A usage fee applies for charging at our station.
Cancellation policy
You can´t stay with us in Anterselva as planned? If that is the case there is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code, but we offer our guests the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge, only the deposit will be retained
- From 3 to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booking price will be charged
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking price will be charged
- Cancellation in the last week before arrival: 90% of the booking price will be charged
- In case of no-show of one or more persons, early departure or later arrival than planned, the unused days will be charged at 100%.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
